Refund Policy
Effective July 16, 2026Spades RPG premium access is a one-time digital purchase. We want to resolve billing and delivery problems fairly and promptly.
When to contact us
Submit a payment support request if you were charged more than once, do not recognize a charge, paid but did not receive access, need purchase recovery, or believe the purchase was materially different from its description.
Refund requests
Please request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Include the checkout email, approximate purchase date, reason for the request, and Stripe receipt number if available. Never send a full card number, security code, password, or bank information.
We review requests individually. Refunds are generally available for duplicate or unauthorized charges, failure to deliver paid access, or a material defect we cannot correct within a reasonable time. Change-of-mind requests may be approved when the premium content has not been substantially used. Fraud, abuse, or repeated refund misuse may be denied.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the credit takes to appear. Refunded premium access may be removed. Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer-guarantee rights that apply where you live.
Payment disputes
Please contact us first so we can investigate quickly. This request does not waive your right to contact your payment provider or use any remedy available under applicable law.
