Send feedback, report a bug, or ask for help with a purchase or account. Payment and account requests are private support tickets.

Protect your payment information: include the email used at checkout and, if useful, the Stripe receipt number. Never send a full card number, security code, password, or bank information.

Public bug reports

If your report contains no private information, you can also open a public GitHub issue. Never post receipts, email addresses, player identifiers, or payment details publicly.
