Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Spades RPG. By using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Spades RPG. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.

Game access and conduct

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to play the game. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, impersonate others, harass players, post unlawful or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools in a way that disrupts play.

Player names and table chat must not include personal, abusive, infringing, or illegal content. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect players, the service, or legal rights.

Purchases and virtual items

Premium access is a one-time digital purchase for the features described at checkout. Virtual items, progression, and game access are licensed, not sold; they have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Stripe processes payment-card information; Spades RPG does not store full payment-card details.

Our Refund Policy applies to purchases. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may update balance, content, features, or these Terms as the game evolves. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, but will not intentionally remove paid access without a reasonable remedy where required by law. Online service, saved progress, and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.

Ownership

Spades RPG and its original software, art, design, text, and branding are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party assets remain subject to their applicable licenses. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the game without payment or obligation to you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free play, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spades RPG and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Spades RPG during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination and disputes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for material violations of these Terms, security threats, fraud, or unlawful conduct. Before filing a formal claim, please submit a support request and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. This does not prevent either party from using rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
